Beijing Qingwang Technology Company Limited (collectively, "Qingwang", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"). This Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data during your interactions with or use of our services, as well as what rights you have.

1. Information Collected by Us
1.1 During your use of LightWAN Authentication service, we may collect the information required to provide you with our services, including your device’s language, mobile phone model, operating system’s name and version, MAC address, Android ID, UDID, IMSI, IMEI, etc., for the purpose of ensuring service usage, maintaining normal service operation, optimizing user experience, and protecting account security.

2. How We Use Collected Information
2.1 In the circumstance under which you access the App Lock, we call the authentication interface of your operating system’s face recognition/fingerprint ID/pattern lock on your device when you lock/unlock apps, for the purpose of verifying your identity and strengthen apps’ login security.
2.2 During your use of the LightWAN Authentication service, we collect the information about the operating system’s language on your device. This information will be used to maintain the consistency of the languages between LightWAN Authentication and device’s system.
2.3 In the circumstance under which you scan the QR code to activate tokens, we require the permissions of your camera, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding services; however, it does not affect your use of other functions provided by us, and you can activate tokens by entering correct keys.
2.4 In the circumstance under which you require to receive the logs from Orchestrator, we collect your device’s information (including mobile phone model, operating system’s name and version, MAC address, Android ID, UDID, IMSI, IMEI) and relevant logs of authenticator from Orchestrator. If you encounter any problems while using the LightWAN Authentication service, you may manually send the information above mentioned to the log server of LightWAN for diagnosing; instead, the above information will be saved on your local device.

3. Disclosure of Your Information
We will not disclose your personal information without your explicit consent. However, we may disclose your information to law enforcement or other government agencies pursuant to applicable laws, legal procedures, and other circumstances in which User Agreement needs to be executed, physical harm or financial loss needs to be prevented, or investigations of suspected or actual illegal activities are involved.

4. How We Protect and Retain Your Information
4.1 Where Your Information Is Stored
We comply with applicable laws and regulations to store information collected in China within Chinese territory. When we transfer your personal information to other countries/regions, we will strictly abide by relevant laws to protect your information security.
4.2 How Long Your Personal Information Is Stored
We will retain your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period is required or permitted by law.
4.3 Information Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information from leakage, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.
We use a variety of security measures within reasonable security standards to ensure the security of your personal information. For example, we use encryption technologies, data desensitization, and other means to protect your information security.
We enhance the security of the software installed on your device by leveraging ever-developing technologies to prevent information leakage. For example, we will perform partial information encryption on your device for secure data transmission; analyze data such as unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, and location information, to prevent against illegal acts such as fraud, account theft, and impersonation, and to carry out security checks, as well as to adopt security measures or send security reminders to users.
We have set up dedicated management systems, processes, and organizations to ensure the security of your information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who are entitled to access users’ personal information, and require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and conduct security auditing.
If any personal information incident occurs, we will initiate contingency plans and inform you in the form of push notifications or announcements.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. We will release the latest Privacy Policy on this page for any changes. If major changes are made to this Policy, we may notify you via different channels, for example, push notifications or pop-up windows, when you log in to the system or the system version is updated.
